Your six-step guide to a good time

    Check the expiration & lubricate

    First, make sure your condom is not expired. Then, moving from top to bottom, rub the outside of the wrapper to spread the lubrication inside the pouch.

    Open

    Open the wrapper at the tear notch and remove the condom. Be careful not to rip the condom with something sharp.

    Position

    Hold the condom by the top inner ring, letting the larger ring and opening of the condom hang down. Once the condom is fully extended, squeeze (don’t twist) the inner ring so it becomes long and narrow.

    Find a comfortable position. You can try standing with a foot up on a chair, sitting with your knees apart, lying down or squatting. While still squeezing the inner ring, insert it into your vagina. Push the inner ring up and back, just past your pubic bone. Be sure the condom is not twisted. The outer ring should remain outside of your vagina, covering the labia.

    Sexy time

    Until you get the hang of using FC2, you can hold the outer ring while you use your other hand to guide the penis into your vagina. Be sure the penis is inserted in FC2 correctly. If there is discomfort, stop and adjust the inner ring while the condom is still inserted. You do not need to hold the outer ring throughout sex.

    Remove

    Twist the outer ring and gently pull the condom out, discarding in the trash. Do not flush FC2! Also, do not reuse. Each condom is for single-use only.

Practice makes perfect!

Inserting FC2 can be tricky at first, but think of it like inserting a vaginal ring or menstrual disc. We recommend practicing slipping in FC2 before sexy time to feel more comfortable. After a few times, you should feel like a pro!
